UnIdle is made by Ramadan Pajaziti, a sole proprietor trading as MergeHub ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern your use of the UnIdle macOS application ("UnIdle," "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using UnIdle, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

UnIdle is a macOS menu-bar utility that keeps a Mac awake while supported AI coding agents are actively running, and alerts you when an agent needs permission or finishes a task. UnIdle is offered in a Free tier and a Pro tier, unlocked by a one-time purchase. There is no subscription — a Pro purchase includes free updates to the app for as long as we continue shipping 1.x releases.

2. Paddle is the seller

Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record for all Pro purchases made through UnIdle. Paddle processes your payment, issues your receipt, and handles order-related customer service inquiries, including refunds. Your purchase transaction is governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. We are the licensor of the software itself; Paddle is the seller of the transaction.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use UnIdle on Macs you own or control. A Pro license may be used on the number of Macs stated at the time of purchase. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the App beyond what applicable law permits.

4. No warranty

UnIdle is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. UnIdle changes system sleep and power-management behavior on your Mac — you're responsible for confirming this is appropriate for your own use, especially with battery health and thermal conditions in mind.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of UnIdle, including but not limited to data loss, hardware wear, or missed notifications. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your Pro license, if any.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of UnIdle after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Your purchase transaction with Paddle is separately governed by Paddle's own terms, as noted above.
